Answer:  Most (all) of the trails I've hiked are too narrow, rocky or steep for a tricycle. I suggest the paved bike paths around town. THere are many of them, most are flat(ish) and since they are mostly paved you shouldn't have much trouble with a trike

Perhaps the paths down each side of the Rialto river (wash) might be a good place to start
